Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using n8n Builder, users agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Users who do not agree with these terms should discontinue use of the platform immediately.

User Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and API keys. Any activities occurring under a user's account are the sole responsibility of the account holder. Users must notify the platform administrators immediately of any unauthorized account access.

AI-Generated Content Usage

n8n Builder uses AI to generate workflow configurations. Users are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated workflows before deployment. The platform is not liable for any issues arising from AI-generated content.

Workflow Deployment

Users are responsible for the security and configuration of their n8n instances. The platform provides deployment functionality but does not guarantee the security or functionality of deployed workflows.

Limitation of Liability

n8n Builder provides content "as is" without any warranties. The platform owners shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from user interactions with the platform or deployed workflows.

User Conduct Guidelines

  • Not upload harmful or malicious workflows
  • Respect the rights of other users
  • Avoid activities that could disrupt platform functionality
  • Comply with applicable local and international laws
  • Not use the platform for unauthorized automation of third-party services

API Usage and Rate Limits

Users must comply with rate limits and usage guidelines for AI providers and n8n instances. Excessive usage may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

Data Privacy

User data, including workflow configurations and API keys, are stored securely. The platform does not access or store the content of user workflows beyond what is necessary for functionality.

Modifications to Terms

The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of n8n Builder after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination Clause

The platform may terminate or suspend user access without prior notice for violations of these terms, excessive usage, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the administration.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where n8n Builder is primarily operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subscription Billing & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for each subscription period and automatically renew until canceled by the user.
  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
  • Cancellation requests received after the payment for the current subscription period has been processed will take effect at the end of the paid period and will prevent future charges.
  • Access to the service remains active until the end of the paid subscription period after cancellation.

Refund Policy

  • Payments for active subscription periods are non-refundable, except in cases where the service provider fails to deliver the service as described or malfunctions occur despite reasonable attempts to resolve them.
  • Refund requests due to change of mind, dissatisfaction with features, or unused subscription time within a paid billing period will not be honored.
  • Refunds, if granted, will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • No refunds are provided for partial usage of the service or for periods that have started before cancellation was requested.
  • Free trial cancellations must be made before the trial period ends to avoid automatic billing.

Service Termination

  • The platform may suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice if users violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
  • Immediate termination of service during an active billing period may occur in such cases without refund.

Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

  • Billing disputes or refund requests must be raised within 14 days of the transaction date by contacting customer support.
  • The platform reserves the right to review account activity logs, subscription status, and communication when investigating disputes.
  • Users agree that chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without following the dispute process are a breach of these Terms and may result in service suspension or legal action.
  • All merchants' records, logs, and accepted Terms shall be final evidence in any dispute.
